The rotors are affixed to a shaft which is driven by tractor PTO. It is very helpful in preparing land when time is very limited or less. It is also used for mixing fertilizers or manure into the soil and for preparing seedbed. In the permanent farming land due to continuous productivity the soil becomes poor in nutrients. Which is why many farmers use fertilizer to increase soil productivity. But increased use of fertilizer, is also causes severe environmental problems. A rotavator allows better pulverization and superior soil mixing that helps in reducing excessive use of chemical fertilizers and also improves soil health.

A Rotavator is available in various types of models that include different shaped blades like L-shaped, C-shaped and J-shaped mounted on flanges. Generally, L-shaped blades are preferred by farmers in farming over C-shaped and J-shaped blades. A Rotavator is more beneficial than other implements used for soil tillage as it also destroys the weeds completely. Overall it’s a versatile equipment which is more beneficial than any other tillage equipment.
